Missed Appointments and Short Notice Cancellation Policy
We operate a strict missed appointment policy at the practice, which applies to all patients.
We kindly ask all patients to give us 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel your appointment.
Should you miss your appointment without letting us know, or cancel with short notice, this appointment is classed as a failed appointment.
Patients who repeatedly miss appointments will not be offered any further appointments.
A 50% deposit is taken upfront to secure private appointments.
Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if your appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice.
